Ken did an outstanding job repairing our Viking microwave, oven, and refrigerator. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in diagnosing the issues and explaining exactly what needed to be done. Viking appliances can be complicated, but Ken clearly knows these systems inside and out. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was fully operational before leaving. His pricing was very fair, especially given the complexity of the repairs and the quality of his work. What really stood out was his integrity and commitment to customer service — he even came back to make additional adjustments without charging us anything extra. That level of accountability is rare. I also want to commend his scheduler. She was incredibly kind and organized — she made sure our appointment was properly calendared, reminders were set, and if there were any cancellations, she proactively called to move us up on the list. That kind of thoughtful follow-through makes a big difference. If you have high-end appliances and want the job done right the first time, I highly recommend Bub’s Appliance Repair and Ken Barrier. Ken was very knowledgeable, diagnosing the broken ventilation fan and both ordering the part and booking installation during the visit. When he returned he took apart the oven and installed very quickly. He also gave me suggestions for how to prevent future issues. The labor cost was reasonable and entire experience pleasant. I also greatly appreciated him driving almost an hour to get to our house in Charlotte. I can see why these guys are rated gold level service (from Viking).Posted on Google
