2. Scheduling & Estimates

You may request repair service through our Site, by phone, or in person.

  • Estimates: Any service estimate provided before inspection is approximate. Final costs are determined after in-person diagnosis.
  • Service Appointments: Appointment dates and times are subject to technician availability. We make every reasonable effort to arrive as scheduled, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, parts availability, emergencies).
  • Cancellations: If you must cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may incur a service call fee.

3. Parts Orders & Payments
